Isle of Man Police promote BikeSafe at Jurby Day

Our newest BikeSafe colleagues in the Isle of Man seized upon a great engagement opportunity by attending Jurby Day over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Thousands turned out for the event on 29 August at the Jurby Motordrome circuit, which coincides each year with the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT.

The annual event features packed two and three-wheeled motorcycle and sidecar action on the circuit, alongside classic parades and motorbike and vintage car exhibitions.

BikeSafe coordinator for the Isle of Man, PC Tom Duke, said: “We used this event to promote BikeSafe on the island with a view to promoting the 2027 bookings when they are released.

“It was a great turn out at the event and there was a lot of interest in BikeSafe.”
